Services described

We provide facilitated decision-making and values-based life goals planning, culminating in a written action plan. We do not provide legal, medical, psychological, immigration, or licensed investment advice. Where specialists are required, we encourage you to consult them directly.

Bookings and fees

Session scope, duration, fees, and payment method are confirmed in writing before a paid session is scheduled. Public website copy is informational and does not constitute an offer at a specific price until confirmed individually.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to participate in sessions in good faith. You are responsible for implementing or declining recommendations in your plan.

Intellectual property

Website content is owned by us unless noted. Written plans prepared for you are licensed for your personal use; please do not republish them as commercial templates without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid session is limited to the fees paid for that session unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless consumer protection rules require otherwise.
