Refund & cancellation policy

Last reviewed: 7 October 2026 — proposed terms pending business confirmation for each booking.

This policy applies to paid personal planning sessions and related written action plan deliverables offered by Core Canvas Life Planning Co., Ltd.. Free inquiries are not charged.

Cancellation by you

Proposed: Cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session start time for a full refund of prepaid fees. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may forfeit up to fifty percent (50%) of the session fee to cover reserved time unless we can reallocate the slot.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is proposed when requested at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Additional changes may be treated as cancellation per the rules above.

No-shows

If you do not attend and do not notify us, the session fee may be charged in full because preparation time is allocated.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you may choose a new time or a full refund of any prepaid amount for that session.

Work already started

If you terminate after a session has begun, fees for time already delivered are non-refundable. Partial deliverables (draft plans) may still be provided at our discretion.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days unless banking rules require longer.
